Greetings from the Great Open Road! 
 

Peder & Julie are "Native Californians" and have made Carlsbad California their home for over 40 years. 

Julie is a retired Associate Superintendent of a public school district serving the education profession for 39 years. 

Peder is a Master Danish Baker having owned several danish bakeries in two states, a downtown restoration and transportation consultant for 25 years, he has also served as a public official, both as a San Diego County Planning Commissioner and Carlsbad City Council Member for a combined total of 10 years. 

Peder and Julie have three adult children, love traveling, cooking, and creating experiance together and with others.
